But there are things out there that can help with weight control that use your mind to work with you.
Visualising yourself at a size you would like to be is a powerful vehicle for change when harnessed to action
And just imagining yourself exercising produces actual physical results as if the exercise had really taken place, although to a lesser degree than the real McCoy.
One effective mind technique is hypnosis, especially when coupled with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aka “tapping”.
Another hypnotic technique is the Hypnotic Gastric Band, where you are hypnotised into believing that you have had a gastric band fitted.
