Stop the Food Fight is a 2 day workshop (3 days originally) created by Kevin Billett (Brandon’s husband and partner), using Journeywork to help with weight loss.
Food addictions and cravings can be driven by emotional issues and old patterns from our past which can sabotage any weight loss intentions. Stop The Food Fight helps to make lasting changes by a process in which you face, address and resolve the underlying old emotional conditioning.
