Do you ever have days when your “get up and go” seems to have got up and gone…..?

If so, what’s your solution?

Take today:

Today was a glorious sunny spring day!

Today was perfect walking weather!

And Today – for no reason whatsoever – Today I balked at going for a Nordic walk and put it off and put it off and put it off! Till it was late afternoon and clouds of bitey midges were out and biting!

When I finally pushed myself out of the door I was rewarded with flowers and birds and bees and butterflies. And even Jacob’s lambs – the ones with brown spots!

But something I usually love took superhuman effort today

I’m not sure why I was so reluctant, but I suspect it might be that I’ve eaten some stuff that doesn’t really agree with me, and I think my energy levels have crashed.

But at least I got out there…..

So – what do you do on the days when it all just feels like an uphill struggle?
